The initial consultation involves a complimentary meeting with the client, aimed at gathering crucial information regarding the project scope, design elements, unique vision, lifestyle preferences, architectural style, development requirements, and an overview of the site survey.
Once the project scope assessment is complete, the client will receive a retainer contractor agreement (design-build) that outlines the development of the entire project in 3D CAD design. This agreement will also include a detailed process plan and budget plan to guide the development of the project.
Specific procedures and processes may necessitate the use of Architectural and/or Engineering plans. Once those plans are in place, the work order and contracts will be finalized. This will be followed by the necessary permitting, document preparation, and county recordings. Prior to any site digging, appropriate locates will be called for. Material selections will be made, and any final changes required by the client or city will be incorporated. Finally, a comprehensive schedule summary of logistics will be established to commence the project.
The ground-breaking ceremony marks the commencement of the project. Throughout the project, regular client updates will be provided. Detailed statements of construction progress will be generated and shared. Inspections and necessary procedures will be conducted to ensure compliance and quality. At each phase and stage of the project, a thorough punch list will be created to address any outstanding items. Finally, dedicated efforts will be made to carry the project to its successful completion.
